Paris Hilton's mom takes offense at McCain's humor

I didn't bother reading the article, and I couldn't care less about why Paris Hilton's mom is offended, I'm much more curious how this woman can even show her face in public. To admit one is the mother of Paris Hilton is basically admitting that you are the single worst mother in the history of the world, perhaps just behind Hitler's mom. How can this woman be offended by anything at this point? Her daughter is the symbol of everything that is wrong with American culture, and yet she still manages to be offended? That's bold.
